Principal Responsibilities :
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following state regulations
- Deliver routine daily medications as prescribed by physicians
- Verify resident identity and record medication details
- Document completion of daily tasks and any observed changes in condition
- Communicate with Med Techs / Med Aides for consistent quality services
- Participate in meal service and provide personal care services to residents
- Observe and report resident conditions, reactions, and incidents
- Record and restock medication inventories
- Prepare equipment and aid nurses during treatments and examinations
- Provide resident comfort and personal hygiene care

Requirements :
- Certified in the state of practice
- Successful completion of State Approved and Certified Medication Technician / Aide-Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
- Current BLS / CPR certification
- Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable transportation
